This Is The Best And Easiest Spinach Artichoke Dip You’ll Ever Make

Damn Delicious

I’m always looking for a reason to pull out my crock-pot and this super yummy and simple recipe for a Spinach Artichoke dip is reason enough.

If you weren’t planning to have a dinner party this weekend, you’re going to want to send out the invites now because with an appetizer this easy, why wouldn’t you want to have some friends over to enjoy it?

But, I’m also not going to judge you if you decide to save this to eat all by yourself with bagel chips, crackers or a spoon, even.

What makes this recipe so incredibly easy is that all you have to do is dump all of the ingredients into a slow cooker. And that’s it. Your job is done. In just a few hours you’ll have warm, cheesy dip just waiting for you (and perhaps your friends) to dig in.

This recipe from Damn Delicious is made even better by the type of crock-pot being used. Now, I’ve personally never cooked with this specific slow cooker, but it seems amazing.

It’s got an automatic stirring system built in so you don’t even have to check on this as it cooks. Not even to give it a stir. Come on. Doesn’t that sound incredible? This recipe quite literally makes itself, especially if you’re using this handy tool.

I’d definitely drop $65 for a crock-pot that stirs itself, wouldn’t you? Ok, so now that you know what cooking method you’ll be using (because this has already been added to your cart on Amazon, right?), let’s talk ingredients.

The dip calls for canned artichoke hearts, frozen spinach, various cheeses, sour cream and a little bit of milk. The blogger behind Damn Delicious estimates that it’ll take you ten minutes to add everything to the crock-pot. After that, your work is done.

About two hours later, you’ve got delectable dip ready for the eating.

See, doesn’t that look scrumptious?

If you aren’t craving this dip by now, then I don’t think we could ever be friends. Head on over to Damn Delicious to see the full recipe, and get ready to be the best at dinner parties (for one or more— it’s totally up to you.)

You don’t even have to mention that making something this tasty required little to no work for you, either. Your secret is safe with me.
