With the holidays right around the corner, you might be short on the time or energy required to make a quality meal. I’ve gotten pretty used to calling ice cream and wine “dinner,” but those days are long gone with these simple recipes that can be thrown into one pot or pan and easily made with virtually no cleaning afterwards.

If you’re all about an easy dinner and clean-up situation like I am, check out these 14 recipes that will help you get through the next two weeks. You’ll have a great meal and still have time to wrap presents, bake cookies, attend gatherings or whatever else you have going on.
