Dessert Recipe: No-Bake Peanut Butter Snowballs

This recipe had me at peanut butter. Yes, I’m the type of person that always has a spoon in the peanut butter jar.

And these no-bake peanut butter snowballs are just too tasty to not have a few. Six Sisters’ Stuff made this helpful how-to video – enjoy!

Ingredients

• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 1/2 cup peanut butter
• 3 tbsp butter, melted
• 1 lb vanilla chocolate, melted
• Sprinkes (they used silver sprinkles)

Yields: about 16-18, 1-inch balls
