Thanksgiving is right around the corner and if you’re hosting the big day, then the pressure to make the perfect meal has already started to mount. Turkeys always take longer than I expect so planning is key. For example, if you planning for a 3:00 p.m. dinner, then you want to make sure your fully thawed 15 lb. turkey is in the oven by 11:00 a.m.

Thankfully, Real Simple has created a great chart that provides all the details. Just print it out, follow the simple instructions and you will be good to go with one of the key aspects of your Thanksgiving meal.
