Now You Can Discover Every Shade In The Rainbow With This Beautiful Color Thesaurus

Ingrid Sundberg is an author, specifically for children’s books. As you can guess, she has an insatiable thirst for collecting words to use in her books. Because people imagine things through words, being as descriptive as possible can help bring a character or event to life in a vibrant way.

On her blog, she states, “I can paint a more evocative image in my reader’s mind if I describe a character’s hair as the color of rust or carrot-squash, rather than red.”

So she decided to create this color Thesaurus. She accomplished it by going to her local hardware store and gathering the paint swatches that colorfully adorn the wall.

This Thesaurus is helpful for people that want to consider paint colors for their home, try out different types of make-up, dye their hair a new color and so much more.

When you look at her collection below, it’s memorizing and quite calming. Enjoy!
