This One-Pan Chicken Recipe Is Ridiculously Easy

Drizzle and Dip

No one wants to spend hours slaving in the kitchen, only to have a sink full of dishes waiting for them when they’re finished eating. Luckily, that’s why one-pan dinners exist, and Drizzle and Dip has a recipe that you’ll want to keep on hand for all of those busy nights when you need a simple go-to meal. Blogger Sam Linsell has come up with a delicious dinner that’s filled with roasted chicken, herbs and potatoes, and since it’s made in one pan, you won’t be doing any dishes tonight.

All you need is some chicken (Linsell recommends the free-range variety), potatoes, white wine, chicken stock, mustard, garlic, olive oil and herbs. There’s not much preparation necessary—just put everything into the pan, and roast at 200 degrees Fahrenheit for about an hour, and you’ve got a filling and healthy meal without the hassle.

The end result? Tender chicken that’s served together with some flavorful herbed potatoes. The dish serves up to four, which makes it a great meal for the family, or if you’re flying solo, use the leftovers for lunches later in the week.
