Starbucks Debuted A New Frappuccino Flavor, But It’ll Only Be Here This Weekend

As always, Starbucks is making the holiday season just a little bit more… holiday-er. This year, they are doing so in several ways. First, they just introduced a brand-new Frappucino flavor: Fruitcake. Yep, you read that right. A Fruitcake Frappucino.

The drink is made with Hazelnut Crème Frappuccino. Next, it is blended with dried fruit (of course) as well as winter spices like cinnamon. A dollop of whipped cream and caramel dots top the drink, followed by a light sprinkling of matcha powder. What does it taste like?

Well, fruitcake. Shocker, right? No, really. Taste-testers (such as those over at TODAY) are comparing it to “pulverized fruitcake” while others say it tastes kind of like a Christmas cookie. Either way, it’s definitely a sweet treat.
