Try This 30-Day Walking Challenge

Walking is one easiest ways to stay active and healthy.  And the great thing about walking is you don’t need to go to expensive gyms, buy fitness gadgets, or attend trendy classes.  You just need a simple routine that you can build on each week to help you get in shape.

MyFitnessPal has created three great training plans to help you achieve your goals.  There is a plan for beginners, intermediate, and advanced walkers.
