‘Christmas Tree Hair’ Is The Holiday Beauty Trend Taking Over Instagram

In the grand tradition of Lady Gaga, it seems there is now a thing called… Christmas Tree Hair.

The way Daily Mail explains it, it’s pretty simple (albeit time-consuming). You use “a cone or a water bottle as a base to create volume.” Then a ton of hairspray locks the whole thing in place. Now color the hair—spray it green (or whatever color you like) and trim that tree however you see fit. How the girl above got lights in there is anyone’s guess.
