Eating healthy at mealtime is one thing, but if you’re anything like me, it’s the snacking that will get you. Sometimes when you’re poking around the kitchen and trying to quiet a growling stomach, you’ll find treats full of calories that can quickly throw you off track.

It’s much better to plan ahead of time for the moment a snack attack strikes. These 14 healthy snack options will help you do just that!

9. Frozen Grapes

If you’ve never tried them, you really are missing out because grapes are great on their own, but they’re even better frozen. Get the recipe.

10. Yogurt Covered Blueberries

Blueberries are delicious, but roll them around in yogurt and they get even better. Get the recipe.

11. Frozen Yogurt Bark
