Stress is a part of life, but unfortunately it can sometimes exhaust you mentally and can have real, physical and psychological effects on your body physically. The good news is there are some easy ways to help dealing with your stress.
Business Insider put together this handy little chart with fifteen great suggestions on how to manage and deal with your stress. Some of these are pretty common knowledge like taking deep breaths or putting a plan together, but there were others that were very interesting. If you feel stressed, just squeezing in a little nap, talking to a friend, or taking a walk can help.
