Chicken breasts are my jam. It’s the only type of meat that I will eat, and it’s my go-to dinner whenever I am trying to lose weight or simply eat healthy.

But even I’ve got to admit chicken breasts gets boring! Luckily, there are so many ways to spice up chicken breasts and make dinner super-flavorful and exciting.

Here are a boatload of recipes to get you out of your chicken breast rut!

1. Lemon-Cumin Chicken

Let me start with my favorite chicken breast recipe. Giada DeLaurentiis is my favorite “Food Network” chef, and I love that her focus is on creating fresh, simple meals with lots of flavor. The combination of lemon and cumin in this dish makes it so memorable, and you can really have fun with the pesto. I don’t love pistachios, so I make another Giada pesto recipe. It’s made with jalapeños, so the the dish is even more spicy!
