Averie Cooks

It’s hard to imagine anything better than a batch of chocolate chip cookies fresh out of the oven, but what if you good make that ooey, gooey chocolatey goodness even better? Well, with these 9 simple tricks, you can.

Because if my chocolate chip cookies could be filled with more chocolate or other added bonuses, I definitely wouldn’t turn that down. Sometimes good just isn’t good enough. Let’s try for great, shall we?

1. Add Chocolate Chunks

If you could have bigger pieces of chocolate inside your cookie, that’d be nice wouldn’t it?

2. Include Your Favorite Candy Bar

Go ahead and throw in chopped up Snickers, Reese’s or (my favorite) Almond Joy to take those cookies to the next level. Get the Twix recipe here.
