Adam Levine Reveals The Sex Of Second Baby With Wife, Behati Prinsloo
We're so excited for the happy couple!
Adam Levine of the popular music group Maroon 5 has a pretty full plate right now. He continues to be a coach on NBC’s “The Voice.” And his band just released a brand new album, which they have been promoting all over the place. Plus, he and his wife, Behati Prinsloo, are expecting their second baby soon! With 1-year-old daughter, Dusty Rose, at home, Levine is sure keeping busy.
But based on a recent interview with Ellen Degeneres on her show, it sounds like Levine absolutely loves the craziness that comes with a full life.
“We’re kind of like maniacs,” he joked with DeGeneres during the interview. “I thrive in chaos. I really, genuinely enjoy it.”
During the interview, Levine excitedly revealed whether Dusty Rose will be getting a little brother or a little sister.
“It’s a girl! We’re having another girl,” he told the crowd, who applauded and cheered the news.
DeGeneres immediately starting asking the soon-to-be second-time dad if she’d have a say in naming the newest Levine daughter. Apparently, DeGeneres had a hand in naming Dusty Rose. Levine texted the talk show host when he and Prinsloo were trying to decide on a name for their firstborn, and DeGeneres suggested Dusty. Now, it’s clear she wants dibs on the second baby’s name as well!
“Whether you like it or not, you’ll be involved,” Levine teased DeGeneres. “It’ll be a collaborative effort.”
Levine also gushed over how well Prinsloo has been juggling her second pregnancy and caring for a toddler.
“She’s awesome. She’s just like a champion of the world. She’s killing it,” he said. “You wouldn’t know she’s almost seven months pregnant.”
All you need to do is look at recent photos to see Levine is not offering a biased opinion. His wife looks incredible!
Wow! It’s almost unfair how stunning she looks!
Levine and Prinsloo married in 2012 and welcomed their first baby in September 2016. Congratulations to the growing family and we can’t wait to hear about the new baby’s arrival—and name!
