You can stay in this charming cabin that’s decorated for Christmas all year long

Airbnb

At one particular Airbnb in the Ozarks, you can celebrate the most wonderful time of the year all year round! That’s right. This cabin is Christmas-themed.

Known as “The Christmas Cabin,” this three-bedroom rental is located on a working Christmas tree farm in Ozark, Arkansas. It exudes holiday charm, from the arty wooden Christmas trees studding the front lawn to the twinkling white lights and snowflakes strung from the wooden beams in the cozy master suite.

And the halls remain decked all year long. We’re talking Christmas wreaths, a wooden sled incorporated into the wall decor, red bath towels and Christmas trinkets throughout the cabin. Really, it feels like you’re on the set of a Hallmark Christmas movie.

Mini Christmas trees wrapped in lights are festive substitutes for the bedroom’s table lamps and you bet there are holiday-themed bedding and curtains.

And those ceiling lights are an extra magical touch.

There’s also a spiral staircase leading to a hideout loft the little ones will love.

Plus, there are thoughtful amenities throughout — a hot cocoa blend in the kitchen, a fire pit for toasting s’mores, a giant seesaw and cornhole sets with Christmas trees painted on the boards.

And outside, guests are invited to wander through the rows of Christmas trees that can be seen from the wrap-around porch.

Here’s the hitch: The owners do use the cabin during the holiday season when they’re running their Christmas tree business, but there’s still some availability in November (hint, hint, this could be the perfect setting for your 2019 holiday card!). Plus, it opens up again in January for vacationers looking for a cozy escape — and for those who want to extend the holiday season just a little bit longer.

We included the Christmas Cabin in our round-up of 8 cozy cottages perfect for renting in the winter, which also included luxe cabins in Colorado’s Rocky Mountains and a restored 1800s log cabin in North Carolina. Can’t get enough of the holidays? You’ll also find holiday-themed lodging at the Christmas Farm Inn in Jackson, New Hampshire, and here are 12 more magical destinations that go all-out for the holidays.

Renting the Ozarks Christmas-themed cabin starts at about $110 a night. Just remember to pack your Christmas pajamas and, to really nail this, stream some of your favorite holiday movies.
