Amazon says these will be the hottest toys this Christmas

The early bird gets the worm—or in this case a head start on finding the most popular gifts! Starting now gives you better odds of catching what you want on sale and getting the hottest toys on the market.

To help get a jump on things, Amazon released a list of the top 100 toys for 2017. The list includes, of course, all the best-selling toys and gadgets you have heard of non-stop if you’re a parent. Or, maybe you have never heard of them if you’re buying for you niece or a friend’s kid.

We narrowed the list down even further to feature some of the toys you might be hearing more about as the holidays get closer. From costumes and a terrarium to good ‘ol fashioned Play Doh, here are 15 of the hottest holiday toys, according to Amazon.

Snap Circuits Jr. SC-100 Electronics Discovery Kit – $20.99

The number one best selling toy on the list is Snap Circuits Jr. This kit offers a hands-on introduction to electronics with more than 30 color-coded, real circuit components. The pieces snap together to create working electronic circuits and devices. It is recommended for children ages 8 and older and offers 101 do-it-yourself projects.

Cozmo – $179

Cozmo, a “supercomputer and loyal sidekick all at once” can express hundreds of emotions. From curious to clever, persistent to playful, he has a pretty massive personality. He even knows names and faces, and continues to evolve the more you hang out. Is this really just a toy? Because I kind of I want one.

Disney Moana Girls Adventure Outfit – $19.99

This two-piece outfit features unique prints and a matching skirt. The skirt also includes fringe details to complete Moana look. Recommended for ages 3+, it fits sizes 4-6X.

FurReal Roarin’ Tyler, the Playful Tiger – $117

Unlike other stuffed animals, FurReal pets are designed to be played with—even if it’s a jungle cat! When kids roar or make sounds at him, the tiger roars back. He also responds to 100+ sound and motion combinations and is easy to hug with soft fur and movable back legs.

Play Doh 36-Can Mega Pack – $24.99

Ah, Play Doh. Clearly, it’s a toy that never goes out of style since it made Amazon’s hot toy list 80 or so years after its invention. There’s not much to say about this one that you don’t already know, other than this pack includes 36 different colors so your kids (or you!) can make just about anything you want.

Barbie Dreamhouse – $164

Good luck finding a Barbie lover that doesn’t absolutely need a house. I know a Barbie Dreamhouse was for sure on my Christmas list a few times. This one has three floors, seven rooms, 70+ accessories and a working elevator. As to not ruin the Christmas surprise, it even comes in simple brown packaging so kids can’t tell what it is.

Barbie DreamHorse & Blonde Doll – $89.99

There’s no sense in having a dream house without, obviously, a dream horse! Different modes enable different play and the Barbie DreamHorse reacts to touch and sounds. DreamHorse can walk forward, turn 360 degrees, neighs and nods yes or no when you have a question. You can even feed it with carrots that are included.

Marvel Guardians of the Galaxy Dancing Groot – $27.87

This one is going on my list, too. This 11.5 inch dancing Groot plays clips from the “Guardians of the Galaxy Volume 2” soundtrack and dances to internal music or detects external music. When he hears the tunes, his eyes light up and he begins the dance party.

Educational Insights GeoSafari Jr. Talking Microscope, Featuring Bindi Irwin – $44.73

Preschoolers can take a closer look at animals and nature with this talking microscope featuring the voice of Bindi Irwin, daughter of the adventurous Steve Irwin. The microscope features 60 full-color slide images and more than 100 facts and quiz questions about plants, animals and everyday objects. It is even multilingual, speaking English, Spanish, French and German!

Creativity for Kids Grow ‘n Glow Terrarium – $14.99
