Amazon Will Now Deliver Alcohol In Under 1 Hour

We have big news today and this may be the best thing we’ve heard all week.

Amazon just announced they will be testing one-hour alcohol delivery. Yes, you heard that correctly. Unfortunately,  it’s likely a double-edged sword.  On the one hand, it’s genius for those of us who are a tad bit lazy, but it may be bad for our wallets and ultimate weight gain.

The delivery is part of a new Amazon initiative called Prime Now.  Through this service, Amazon Prime members get incredibly fast delivery of select products in less than one hour.  The initial list of products includes beer / wine, paper towels, and even frozen and refrigerated items like milk and ice cream.

Unfortunately, the service is only available in a few select cities including Seattle, Bellevue, Redmond, and Kirkland.   Amazon plans to rollout the service to other markets quickly.

Isn’t technology great!
