Another Duggar Family Engagement—John-David Duggar Is Engaged To Abbie Grace Burnett

John-David is going to be the next Duggar to get married. He’s the twin to Jana Duggar, and the pair are the second and third of the 19 Duggar family children.

According to an update from the Duggar family’s official website, John-David is now engaged to be married to his girlfriend, Abbie Grace Burnett.

“We are thrilled to announce the engagement of John-David and Abbie! They are a wonderful match and make a beautiful couple! Abbie is a lovely young woman, full of tenderness and compassion. She has a deep love for the Lord and we are so delighted that John-David has asked her to be his wife! We love weddings in this family and can’t wait for this next one,” the official announcement read.

TLC also shared the news of the “Counting On” star’s engagement on Instagram and gave a first look at her lovely diamond ring:

The couple only announced their courtship one month ago. They’ve known each other for years, but recently got reconnected and “fell in love very quickly,” they shared with Us Weekly.

They made their relationship “Instagram official” on June 26 via their joint Instagram account:

The 28-year-old John-David noted that he had “reconsidered the whole ‘bachelor ’til the rapture’ thing.”

Their recent engagement news comes after the wedding of John-David’s brother, Josiah, who married Lauren Swanson on June 30, according to TLC’s Instagram:
