Audrey Hepburn’s former home is for sale

As you might imagine, living in a house that was once occupied by celebrities such as Audrey Hepburn, Frank Sinatra, Eva Gabor and Mia Farrow doesn’t come with a cheap price tag, and that is certainly true of this home that is currently on the market.

The property, which has become known as the Eva Gabor Estate, is for sale for $13.9 million. The home has six bedrooms, four bathrooms and is in the prime LA location of Holmby Hills.

It was originally built by famous Hollywood architect Paul Williams in 1938 and its home owners have included some of Hollywood’s biggest names.

Gabor, the “Green Acres” star, bought the house in the ’70s, and Hepburn lived there from 1954 to 1968.

The name Eva Gabor Estate stuck with the property, despite all of the famous owners, which probably has something to do with the fact that she lived in the home up until her death in 1995.

“Grand” is an excellent way to describe this home. After all, it was fit for the likes of glamorous actresses like Hepburn and Gabor, so it should be up to par for the rest of us!

There’s a gourmet kitchen and not one, but two, dining rooms, so you better believe this place is ready to host quite the stunning dinner party.

The main house isn’t the only structure on the 1.1-acre lot, either. There’s also a detached guest house and what was once a staff house, which can now be used as a detached office.

The grounds also come equipped with gardens, patios, a tennis court and a swimming pool, so whether you choose to spend your time indoors or outdoors, you’re sure to be living large.
