When it comes to dieting, there are certain foods to avoid and certain foods to embrace. The foods that promote weight loss are definitely the ones you should be eating more of throughout the day. They do everything from boost your metabolism to helping to keep you feeling fuller for longer.

These won’t feel like a chore to eat. Quite the opposite, really. Apples, yogurt, pistachios and more will work with you and not against you to keep your diet on track.
