‘Boy Meets World’ House Is For Sale
If you grew up watching “Boy Meets World,” you’re not alone. During its seven-year run, the show was insanely popular (even spawning a “Girl Meets World” spinoff). Well now, you can actually buy the house where you watched the gang grow up. We’re already calling our real estate agents.
Though the majority of the show was shot on a soundstage, the outside views of the two-story home are the real deal. The house (priced at a cool $1.3 million) is located in Studio City, California, and will probably make all of your childhood dreams come true.

Built in the 1940s, this two-bed, two-bath isn’t exactly the same as the Matthews’ house but it’s close enough.
You’ll have to redecorate if you want the inside of the house to emulate the show.
After all, it wasn’t actually shot there. Remember the “Boy Meets World” living room?
But redecorating to mimic the show’s splendor is a small price to pay for the knowledge that the next Mr. Feeny might be living right next door. Okay, probably (definitely) not, but a girl can dream, right?
And as an added bonus, the house comes with a two-story guest house out back. There might not be a backyard treehouse-basketball combo, but there’s no reason you can’t build your own. Check out more photos of the house below:
While much of it seems to need updating, it looks like parts of the house have been renovated more recently.
If $1.3 million is a little steep for you, don’t worry. The price has already fallen from $1.6 million back in November 2016, so there’s no reason you can’t snag it if the trend continues. With a huge front yard for playing, and two gorgeous screened-in and outdoor patios out back, this house is more than worth the price tag.
You can find more information about the house on the Rodeo Realty website, as well as make a bid or contact the seller.
If you do end up in the house, please invite us over for dinner and a “Boy Meets World” marathon.
