Busch Light just launched its first-ever flavored beer

If plain beer just doesn’t do it for you, Busch Light is releasing a new flavored brew that will bring a little bit of autumn to your summer. Busch Light Apple is a light lager made with natural apple flavors and it’s the first flavored option to ever come from that popular brand.

The catch is that this limited-edition lager will only be sold in 22 states, meaning plenty of thirsty Americans will be missing out. In a tweet this month, the brand said Busch Light Apple will be found in select zip codes of those states. See the full list of states for yourself in the tweet:

If you are lucky enough to live in an area where you can find it, you’ll want to make sure to fill your fridge before it disappears. The company hasn’t said how long it plans to sell this variety. Busch Light Apple will come in 12-ounce and 16-ounce cans and will be sold in packs of 12, 24 or 30.

A Barrel of Options

If you can’t find Busch Light Apple near you, you may want to try Redd’s Apple Ale instead, which is available nationwide. Their apple ale is not a hard cider — although it is light in color and does resemble one — but is indeed a beer that simply adds the taste of apples.

If you really like apples and would rather stick to cider than apple-flavored beer, you can also find hard cider from several brands nationwide, like Angry Orchard, who even makes a rosé flavor. For more summer-like flavors, the brand Austin Eastciders has watermelon cider and pineapple cider, which you can find in most areas of the country at stores like Kroger, Target, Whole Foods and HEB.

If apples just aren’t your thing, check out Bud Light’s flavored beer line-up instead, which includes an orange-flavored beer brewed with real orange peels. They also have a lime beer brewed with lime peels and even a lemonade, which is, of course, brewed with lemon peels. If strawberries are your favorite fruit, Natural Light has a Strawberry Lemonade Beer called Naturdays that sounds perfect for summer sipping.

If you can’t find a beer that fits your tastes these days, you clearly aren’t looking hard enough!
