The canned drink launched a couple of months ago and is, “just starting to really roll out distribution,” founder Sarah Gordon told Tasting Table. “It’s a very natural extension of our existing product line, as we have always encouraged our customers to repurpose their leftover brine and to start thinking of pickle juice as an ingredient in its own right.”
Gordan says the drink is the perfect addition to a cocktail or can used to brine your meat and add a little flavor.
