You Can Live At Disney World Year Round (But It Will Cost A Pretty Penny)


For some people, spending an endless amount time at Disney World would be a dream come true. Well, those dreams can become a reality with a housing development inside the official Disney World grounds. Unfortunately, this little dream spot will set you back a few dollars…$2 million to be exact.

The development, called Golden Oak, is about 10 minutes from the main entrance to the park and is a full-time residence area within the Walt Disney World Resort in Orland, Florida. The development first opened in 2010 and has some new and previously owned home that are available for purchase.

If you’ve ever gone to a Disney resort, you know how great of an experience it is. Everything is first class and these houses are no exception. Just imagine spending every day like you’re on a vacation.

So if you’ve got a cool $2 million sitting around, here’s how it works.  First, you select a plot of land in one of the four Golden Oaks neighborhoods.  Then you select you select one of the approved Disney designs based off your style preference.
