Remember “Saved By The Bell”? Of course you do. Who could forget such iconic characters as Screech, Mr. Belding and the rest of the gang? Now, prepare yourselves, because we have some shocking—and very exciting—news.

“Saved By The Bell” officially ended back in 1992. That was 25 years ago. Yes, it’s been a whole quarter of a century since your favorite Bayside High students graced the small screen (not counting reruns, of course).

But recently stars from the teen classic, Mario Lopez (A.C. Slater) and Tiffani Thiessen (Kelly Kapowski), reunited at an event in Los Angeles, making all our ’90s dreams come true. Lopez posted a snap of the mini-reunion featuring the stars along with each of their children and Lopez’s wife on Instagram, captioning it, “Great to get together with an old friend & our kids.”

Aww, too cute! Fans reacted to the photo in the comments, and they couldn’t be more excited to see Slater and Kelly back together again.

“Dang!! Y’all look amazing!!! It’s like time hasn’t passed at all!!! Glad to see you had an amazing time!!!!” read one comment.

“You guys should get all the Saved By The Bell friends together and make a movie or something so we can see you all together again, as a gift to your fans. That was my favorite show and still is!!!!!” said another.

Which brings up a great question: could a real “Saved by The Bell” reunion possibly be in our futures? Back in 2015, the cast did briefly reunite for an epic skit on “The Tonight Show”.

“[It was] a little tease!” Elizabeth Berkley, who played Jessie Spano, recently told Us Weekly of the skit. “We’re all busy working on so many good things. We’re actually fortunate that most of our cast consistently works and have been working actors since we were kids. And we stay in touch. We love each other. So, if something else presented itself that was as intelligent as the way Jimmy [Fallon] did it, I’m not saying we wouldn’t consider, but we did what felt great for all of us at this moment.”

Well, we can dream!
