Chrissy Teigen Hilariously Documents What It’s Like To Be A Mom Of Two

Welcome to motherhood, Teigen!

When it comes to keeping things real, no one does it quite like Chrissy Teigen. Despite her major celeb status, she’s open about the things that people don’t necessarily talk about, especially online. So it should come as no surprise that she’s keeping moms everywhere laughing with her “mom life” stories now that she’s a mom to two adorable children, Luna Simone and Miles Theodore.

Most recently, she posted a photo that perfectly encapsulates what it’s like to be a mom to two little ones. Makeup-less, she’s holding her son while sitting in a sandbox playing with her daughter. Sound familiar? Yep. Moms everywhere have found themselves in very similar situation before!

She captioned the Instagram photo, “[G]uess we’re really doing this kid thing!”

guess we’re really doing this kid thing!

That’s right, Teigen! There’s no turning back now!

She and husband John Legend have created a beautiful family together, but the road to parenthood wasn’t always easy. Teigen’s been extremely open about her struggles with infertility and her eventual ability to conceive with the aid of IVF.

And since becoming a mother, Teigen has shared all of the beautiful moments (and the not so beautiful moments) of motherhood with her followers online.

Just after welcoming her second child, she referenced a Netflix special in which comedian Ali Wong compared postpartum underwear to an Asian pear. Teigen proceeded to prove Wong’s comparison to be very accurate:

But she also talks about the times that make motherhood totally worth it all, such as getting to watch her daughter become a big sister:

Although Legend recently told People magazine that Luna has likely stepped up her game thanks to the realization that her brother represents competition for her mom and dad’s attention.

“[Luna’s] used to having us to herself,” he said. “I think she’s just starting to realize though that he might be competition. So in some ways it’s good because she’s stepping her game up. She’s being more loving, she’s singing louder, and dancing harder. She’s making sure we don’t stop paying attention to her.”

Which can be evidenced by this extremely large and adorable hat:

How could she not get mom and dad’s attention in that?

Of course, some harmless sibling rivalry will only lead to more hilarity from Teigen and Legend, so all we have to say is — let the games begin!
