Attention, “Flip or Flop” fans! Christina El Moussa, co-host of the HGTV hit show, is going to have her very own show called “Christina on the Coast.”

The new show will be a design program that features El Moussa’s signature style. The first episode will follow her as she renovates her own home in Newport Beach, California. The seven episodes following will feature El Moussa working with other peoples’ properties.

The series will give viewers a very personal look into El Moussa’s life, because as fans know, she and her fellow “Flip or Flop” co-host Tarek El Moussa recently went through a divorce. Although they have been able to handle the split with dignity and maturity, the separation has no doubt still been difficult for the couple. Her new show will focus on how she is making it all work as a newly single mom.

The El Moussas share two children — Taylor, 7, and Brayden, 2. The couple originally wed 7 years ago, and rumors about the divorce have troubled the once-happy couple. However, they continued to co-host “Flip or Flop” together.

“This would be awkward for any exes,” Christina El Moussa remarked, regarding working with Tarek after the divorce. “Since we have to see each other every day, it’s beyond awkward. I’m planning on staying friendly and keeping things light.”

Not only has El Moussa found professional happiness, but she has also found love again. Things with her boyfriend Ant Anstead could be getting very serious, as she has been dating the British television host for six months.

“Ant has been so supportive. He’s very grounded,” she told Eonline. “I could definitely see myself getting married to Ant in the future and I know the kids would be very happy about that.”

Filming on “Christina on the Coast” just began this week, so keep your eyes peeled for the new season on HGTV in 2019.

As for her ex-husband Tarek, The Hollywood Reporter shared that the fellow “Flip or Flop” host is also in talks with HGTV for his own spinoff.
