Ciara and Russell Wilson are expecting another baby

Ciara and Russell Wilson are about to welcome another child into their family.

The pair already have a daughter, 2-year-old Sienna Princess, and they also raise Ciara’s son from a former relationship, 5-year-old Future Zahir Wilburn. So, this new addition means baby number three for the Grammy-winning musician and her Super Bowl-winning husband.

Ciara posted a subtle hint at the exciting news two weeks ago on Instagram, where she posed in a No. 3 Seattle Seahawks jersey, which just happens to be Wilson’s number. Her cryptic caption on the post was simply, “#3.”

Most people assumed Ciara was just repping Wilson’s jersey in that post but it has since been revealed to be a photo with deeper meaning.

On Jan. 30, Ciara officially revealed her pregnancy with a gorgeous maternity photo and the words “Number 3.”

The powerful shot, showing Ciara in a bikini with a full baby bump, was taken by Wilson in the Turks and Caicos Islands.

The NFL star posted a similar picture from the shoot, confirming that the couple is adding a new soul to their family.

The couple got married in 2016, opting to hold the ceremony in a castle in England. Fans got a chance to see part of the event in Ciara’s recent music video for “Beauty Marks.”

Ciara has also spoken about how Wilson loves her son as if he were his own.

“When you allow yourself to be vulnerable, you become your strongest,” the singer said on a 2019 appearance on “The View.” “When I met the love of my life it was not only loving me, it was to love my son.”

In the past, Ciara has been candid about the lack of involvement in her son’s life by her former partner, the rapper Future.

In an interview with Jada Pinkett Smith on Pinkett’s Facebook Watch show, “Red Table Talk,” Ciara got real about how painful her breakup from Future was.

“I’d have moments in the shower when I would be crying,” she said. “I had a few moments when I’d be crying in different settings — crying in the bedroom, crying in the shower … I’d be crying because I am not in the happiest place, and it hurts, what I’m going through.”
