Cinnamon Toast Crunch now comes in Dulce de Leche flavor
Cinnamon Toast Crunch lovers have plenty of ways to enjoy their favorite flavor these days, from “cinnamilk” to cinnamon rolls, coffee creamer and even just the spicy-sugary seasoning itself, which can apply that cinnamon toast flavor to any food.
Now, there’s a new version of the original cereal, adding more sweetness to your breakfast: Dulce de Leche Toast Crunch. The new flavor adds notes of caramel to the classic cinnamon squares of Cinnamon Toast Crunch, and it is a permanent addition to General Mills’ cereal lineup.
You can find it in stores now in a mid-size box for $3.99 or a family size box for $4.99.
The new Dulce de Leche Toast Crunch is just one new kind of cereal from General Mills you’ll be able to find in stores soon.
Beginning this month you’ll find Apple Cinnamon Chex and Cheerios Almond Oat Crunch in the cereal aisle. The new Cheerios are made with Multi-Grain Cheerios, whole grain oats and real almond slices, while the Apple Cinnamon Chex is rice cereal sweetened with the flavors of apple and cinnamon. The new Chex flavor can be eaten for breakfast or used in a Chex mix recipe.
You’ll also find two new limited-edition cereals on store shelves this month: Lucky Charms Galactic and Ghostbusters.
The Lucky Charms Galactic adds a new twist on the beloved Lucky Charms cereal with two new planet charms and a rocket charm.
Meanwhile, the Ghostbusters cereal is inspired by the upcoming film “Ghostbusters Afterlife,” and features fruity flavored sweetened corn puffs with ghost and ectoplasm-shaped marshmallows.
And speaking of cereals loaded with both sugar and nostalgia, did you know there was a Dunkaroos cereal? Based on the beloved ’90s-era snack, the breakfast treat is made with vanilla frosting-flavored cookie cereal mixed with sweet and crunchy rainbow sprinkles.
You can find the cereal at various retailers, including Walmart and Amazon.
