Converse’s new floral sneakers are so pretty you’ll want one in every color
If you’re on the hunt for new kicks, you should check out the latest collection from Converse. The brand’s new floral sneakers could be your go-to for any casual, everyday look.
Whether you pair them with an equally flowery dress or rock them with ripped jeans and a leather jacket for a seamlessly blended sweet-meets-tough aesthetic, the floral sneakers come in high-top or low-top styles in two different color schemes each that can work with any outfit.
Each of the styles feature flower details that are embroidered onto the shoes, and they all incorporate delicate pastel shades. Both are available at Nordstrom now. Check them out:
Chuck Taylor All Star Parkway Floral 70 Low-Top Sneakers ($95)
These low-top sneakers come in a Driftwood Leather or Papyrus Leather color palette set against a neutral background. They also feature a removable insole as well as a sporty bumper sole, making them perfect for those days when you want to look cute while on the go.
Chuck Taylor All Star Parkway Floral 70 High-Top Sneakers ($100)
If Converse classic high tops are more your style, this floral pair comes in two colors: Washed Denim Leather or Punch Coral Leather. The more saturated colors on the high tops would pair beautifully with a minimalist outfit, like an all-white ensemble.
How cute! If you’re not a floral person but still love the look of Converse sneakers, the brand has a number of other new styles to choose from, like these metallic high tops that come in Rust Pink, Gold or Silver:
If you want to wear something really bold, the brand has also released the 2018 Converse Pride Collection, which was designed by pop star Miley Cyrus and features colorful, rainbow-themed shoes and apparel that “celebrate those who advocate for a tomorrow where youth are free to be their true authentic selves,” according to the brand’s site.
All proceeds from this collection benefit the Happy Hippie Foundation, Cyrus’ nonprofit organization that focuses on youth homelessness, the LGBTQ community and other vulnerable populations.
