If you like to cook or bake, or, honestly, to just eat, you may have noticed a new food trend lately: We seem to not be happy with the foods we already have. Grapes? Only if I can pretend I’m eating cotton candy. Or how about strawberries? Yeah, those should definitely taste like rosé.
If it sounds like I am complaining, I’m not. Along with combining foods I’m not totally on board with (just give me regular grapes, please!) also comes some intriguing ideas that I am 100% behind. Mainly, that involves desserts.
Everyone knows cookie dough is the ultimate treat, whether you throw caution to the wind eat it as dough, or actually bake it into warm and gooey chocolate chip cookies. But sometimes, you want your cookie dough to be a bit more, well, dessert-like.
Along with some staples like sugar, butter, milk, flour, and vanilla, you’ll also need mini chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and sweetened condensed milk.
Once everything is mixed together and ready to go into the pan, just refrigerate it for two hours and you now have glorious cookie dough fudge. The best part? This recipe is actually safe to eat raw, because there are no eggs.

After boiling the main ingredients into a syrup, just add some others (like chocolate bits, marshmallow cream, and nuts) in a bowl, pour the syrup you already made into the bowl, beat until it’s all melted, and then pour into a pan.
You can slice up the fudge after letting it stand for a few hours, but the recipe says it is better the second day.
