A Cool Way To Display And Store LEGO Minifigures

It’s one thing to find storage solutions for the thousands of LEGO bricks that children are bound to collect. But what to do with the minifigures?

One clever mom decided to solve this dilemma using both form and function. She purchased an inexpensive black IKEA frame, then superglued a series of LEGO bricks to a mat board to serve as platforms for the minifigures. The result? Not only are the little characters stored neatly in rows (so the next time your child asks where one is, you’ll know the answer), the display makes for a cute wall-hanging in its own right.

Follow her step-by-step instructions.

And if you’re looking for cute and functional ways to store the rest of the LEGO gear lying around your house, check out these nifty oversized LEGO brick storage containers.
