If you’ve ever wanted to never sleep again then we might’ve just found the perfect property listing for you. Behold! You could own a creepy clown motel. Yes, you read that correctly.

The Clown Motel, located in the small town of Tonopah, Nevada, is currently for sale. And considering you’re getting an entire motel for about $900,000, it isn’t too bad of a deal.

The motel has been a staple of the small town, with a population of around 2,500, for the last 22 years. But as the owner prepares to settle into retirement, he’s willing to sell off his prized possession.

Bob Perchetti founded the clown-filled motel and ran it for the last two decades after retiring from his state tourism job. He shared with Las Vegas Now that he and his family collected clowns. However, he had the idea of placing them throughout the property.

And by throughout we mean clowns literally all over the motel. There’s clowns in the lobby and on the doors. You’ll find clowns holding clowns and even clowns dangling from the ceiling above most beds.

The motel has drawn in many visitors over the years. Some spend the night because they have an unmatched love for clowns. Others stay because they’re looking to spot any sort of paranormal activity.

Oh yeah, we forgot to mention—the Clown Motel sits right next to the mining town’s first cemetery, which dates back to 1901. Tonopah was once known as Nevada’s second largest mining town. At one point, it even had a population of nearly 50,000 people at one point.  So many assume those who lived and worked in the town were buried just steps away from where the Clown Motel now stands.

But before you go buying the motel to make it into a real life haunted house, the owner has a catch. He says whomever purchases the property must agree to keep all of the clowns and any plans to renovate the establishment would need his approval.

The new owner could also expect Perchetti to pop in for a visit from time to time. The retiree plans to pay a visit to the clowns.

“Oh, I’m going to miss the clowns.  I’m going to come back.  I’m going to come back and visit my clowns,” Perchetti told Las Vegas Now.

Oh, and last but not least—the motel has the distinction of being named  “America’s scariest motel.” So, the new owner should probably have nerves of steel. Or, at least, not get spooked by a little face paint and giant red shoes.
