Dairy Queen Has A Decadent New Dessert: Brownie and Oreo Cupfection

Not only does Dairy Queen give us a new dessert every season and holiday (like pumpkin pie for fall and mint for St. Patrick’s Day), but they also give us a new blizzard every single month.

This month, they’re not stopping there. Aside from their blizzard of the month, Oreo Cookie Jar, they are also giving us a brand new non-blizzard dessert: the perfectly titled Brownie and Oreo Cupfection.

The new Brownie and Oreo Cupfection treat is exactly what it sounds like — DQ soft serve vanilla ice cream in a cup, topped with a triple-chocolate brownie, Oreo pieces, chocolate sauce and marshmallow topping. It’ll cost you a whopping 700 calories, but I am going to go ahead and say it looks totally worth it.

Dairy Queen

Dairy Queen does note that it may not be available at all locations, and it could be taken off the menu at any time, so make sure you check your local Dairy Queen soon.

If you don’t have a Dairy Queen near you, or just prefer making your own desserts, this recipe for Cookie Dough Oreo Brownies from bloggers Kevin and Amanda looks like pure dessert heaven. It features three layers: gooey chocolate chip cookie, Double-Stuffed Oreos and warm, fudgy chocolate brownies. Top it with ice cream and chocolate sauce and you won’t even need to make a trip to Dairy Queen.

If you do like Oreos, but not brownies, just go for DQ’s Oreo Cookie Jar blizzard, which is full of Oreos, chocolate chip cookies and fudge.

Or, you can simply take advantage of Dairy Queen’s latest money-saving deal — 2 for $4 Treat Night.

Dairy Queen

Every night beginning at 8 p.m., you can now get two medium sundaes or dipped cones for just $4 at participating Dairy Queen locations. Sundae flavors include hot-fudge, strawberry, caramel, pineapple, peanut butter, summer berry, chocolate and the brand-new Midnight Fudge sundae, which is vanilla ice cream topped with rich cocoa fudge.

If cones are more your thing, you can have your ice cream dipped in chocolate or their new Dreamsicle flavor, which has a “crunchy, creamy orange coating.”
