Watch Dax Shepard And Kristen Bell Adorably Make Each Other Cry On ‘Ellen’
Aw this is so adorable!
Dax Shepard and Kristen Bell make up one of the cutest couples in the whole world. On an individual basis, each of them kicks butt on both the large and small screens (Is there anyone who hasn’t seen “The Good Place” yet?). Together, however, they are even more powerful.
After all, this is the pair that’s brought us some viral video gold over the years. There was the time Shepard arranged to have a sloth attend Bell’s birthday party, leading Bell to have a full-on panic attack. There was the time they lip-synced Toto’s “Africa” in Africa. And more recently, there was the time Shepard revealed an embarrassing photo of Bell wearing gloves in the pool … because apparently “pool gloves” are a thing?
Beyond these hilarious videos, though, they’re just consistently and adorkably sweet to each other — a side of their relationship they showed us again on Shepard’s most recent appearance on “The Ellen Show.”
When Shephard appeared on the show on Thursday, Jan. 3, he was celebrating his 44th birthday. So, during a special segment in which Shepard answered questions, Bell popped up in the audience. She asked him what one might get someone very special — like a spouse — for their birthday. Watch below to see how he responds:
Oh, this fine mist of tears? That’s nothing. Just allergies, we swear.
When Bell posed her question, Shepard — of course — responded in the sweetest way possible. “I would say, please, please, please give that person love and support for 11 years,” he said. “Give them two beautiful baby girls. And you’re good.”
Bell, who was visibly tearing up, shook her head, barely suppressing a smile. Then she noticed that her husband was getting emotional, too. “You’re crying, too!” she shouted, pointing at him.
“You sit down, young lady,” he jokingly responded. As she sat down, she told him one last thing: “I love you!”
Is there any other Hollywood couple out there that is more #relationshipgoals than this one? We think not. They just get cuter and cuter!
Keep on keepin’ on, you two crazy kids.
