The arrival of summertime means it’s time to start planning some cheap, fun entertainment! Your kids may think they’ll love every second of summer break, but if the past tells us anything, it’s that they’ll get bored … quickly!

Multiple nationwide movie theater chains are offering discounted movie tickets for your kids, helping to keep them entertained and keep some money in your bank account. Check out our list of offers you can find at a theater near you.

AMC Theatres

For just $4, AMC’s Summer Movie Camp gets your kid a movie ticket and KidsPack, which includes a kid’s popcorn, drink and Frooti Tootis fruit snacks. Movies start at 10 a.m. and include “The Boss Baby,” “Lego Batman,” “Ferdinand,” “Trolls” and more.

Cinemark Theaters

Through Aug. 23, head to your local Cinemark theater for the chain’s 10-week Summer Movie Clubhouse. The promotion includes up to 10 tickets to select recent G- or PG-rated movies for just $5 if you purchase them in advance at the box office. And yes, that’s $5 for all 10 tickets — so each movie ticket is only 50 cents!

If you don’t want 10 tickets, you can pay $1 per ticket instead and just go to the ones you want to see. Just check out the list of participating theaters to see if one near you is participating in the amazing deal.

Harkins Theatres

You’ll only find Harkins Theatres in Arizona, California, Colorado, Oklahoma and Texas, but if you’re lucky enough to have one near you, they’re offering a pretty great deal!

For 10 weeks this summer, kids 13 and younger can watch a movie every week for less than $1 per film. While the end date of the promotion and the price varies by theater, the cost for the entire summer ranges from $5-$7. Adults can even join the fun for the same price, as long as they’re accompanied by a child. The list of movies includes “The Boss Baby,” “Ferdinand,” “Sing” and “Kubo and the Two Strings.”
