Disney is now selling candy corn ice cream

We were already pretty pumped about the special Halloween treats Disney has rolled out for 2017 (Mickey Mouse Halloween cinnamon roll, anyone?).

But we’ve just heard about an offering that’s back at Disney World for a limited time, and it might be the ultimate in holiday-themed treats: candy corn ice cream. Yes, you read that right. Candy corn ice cream!

Disney has combined two of the most-loved sweet treats in the United States: soft serve ice cream and candy corn. Ingenious! Now, this special combo isn’t new—apparently the orange-hued dessert has been available for a few years at Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party, a Halloween-themed event that happens several times each fall at Disney World.

But it is back for a limited time!

OK, we know there are some of you out there who don’t actually dig on candy corn, so we’ll let you in on a little secret: the ice cream isn’t actually flavored like candy corn. The Disney Food Blog reports that it is vanilla flavored—but the soft serve absolutely still looks like candy corn, with that trademark soft serve bi-color twist.

However, the ice cream does come topped with the popular Halloween treat, crushed or whole. So it’s actually the toppings that give it a unique candy corn flavor. You can order the candy corn soft serve in a cup or a cone.

Disney-focused Instagram user middleofmainst shared a sweet photo of an orange-and-white candy corn ice cream cone with the famous Cinderella Castle in the background:

Honestly, it looks totally delectable. Like a Dreamsicle, but even better!

If you’re headed to Disney World in Orlando this fall, the sweet treat will be available as part of Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween party, which started Aug. 25 and runs through Nov. 1.

Luckily, Disney World reopens Sept. 12 after a historic two-day shutdown because of Hurricane Irma. So if you’re itching for a taste of this special Halloween treat, you likely won’t encounter any tricks.
