With two simple ingredients, you can make delicious ice cream, without an ice cream maker. Here’s what you’ll need:
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk (14oz)
- 2 cups heavy cream
In a medium sized bowl, whip the heavy cream until peaks form. I recommend using a stand mixer (with whisk attachment) but if you want a workout, use a hand whisk.

Once the cream is the right consistency, fold the cream into the milk. Then pour the entire mixture into a freezer-safe container. Pop into the freezer overnight (or at least 12 hours).
If you’d like to jazz it up, add a few drops of vanilla extract, chopped blueberries and strawberries or chocolate syrup, but trust me, the basic recipe is amazing.
