Fixer Upper’s Joanna Gaines Spills Secrets About Season 4

CountryLiving

As if seasons 1, 2 and 3 weren’t exciting enough, Joanna Gaines is spilling some details about season 4 of the hit show, Fixer Upper.

This year, you can expect the dynamic duo to show some of the more unique spaces they create for their clients (as if we already didn’t love what they showed us before).

This will include a bakery, “sitting nooks, fun playrooms and even a space that was specially designed for a client’s sweet furry friends.”

You can also expect to see the kids get more involved in the design and inspiration of stylish kid-friendly spaces.

Perhaps the biggest surprise? Diverting from her now-famous shiplap design to something (not so entirely) new in concept, but still different: “skinnylap.”

Jo describes it as the, “same idea as shiplap, but with thinner planks.” But will they be vertical instead of horizontal? Will they be whitewashed or have bold colors? The suspense is killing me!

You know what I’d really love to see? A herringbone inspired skinnylap accent wall, like this one:
