If you’re an adventure seeker, then this might be just the kind of thrilling experience you’ve been searching for. Me, I’m perfectly fine just watching videos and looking at photos of other people doing this *potentially* death-defying act, but hey, to each their own.
Crocosaurus Cove in Australia is offering up the unique experience of swimming with crocodiles. Normally, you hear of swimming with sharks, so this is a little different— but just as terrifying, if you ask me.
You can view crocodiles in an aquarium-like setting at Crocosaurus Cove, so there’s something for everyone at this park, even if you’re not interested in swimming with the animals.
And if you are looking to share the waters with these enormous crocs, you have the chance to do just that.
After entering the “Cage of Death,” you’ll be lowered down into the water and given an up close and personal view of the crocodiles at feeding time. Each session is 15 minutes long— the most exhilarating 15 minutes of your life, I’d imagine.
According to the website, the location houses 200 crocodiles, including some of the largest living Saltwater crocodiles. That sure sounds like quite the sight to see!
So, if you’re looking for a summertime experience you won’t forget— you better purchase your plane ticket and get ready to head down under, right there with the crocodiles.
Check out this video to see what the experience is like. Crikey! Those are some big crocs!
