Freeform released its annual ’31 Nights of Halloween’ movie schedule and it’s frightfully good

September has barely begun and the Freeform channel is already all set for Halloween! The channel’s annual 31 Nights of Halloween movie schedule just flew in on a broomstick, and fans of “Hocus Pocus,” “Beetlejuice,” “The Addams Family” and other spooky titles should get excited!

For the entire month of October, Freeform offers up daily movie marathons with a variety of Halloween-related fare — ranging from legitimately scary to silly-spooky — plus several mini marathons of the special “Treehouse of Horror” episodes of “The Simpsons.”

And the name “31 Nights of Halloween” is not quite accurate, since the eerie programming begins each day in October well before the witching hour (and then runs past midnight). That’s a lot of Halloween entertainment!
