You can now get a BBQ bacon cheeseburger pizza from DiGiorno

DiGiorno

While nothing beats classic cheese or pepperoni, there are endless possibilities if you like a little extra flavor on your pizza. From meat and veggies to fruit or even pickles (because why not?!), you can pretty much put anything you want on pizza and have it turn out delicious — for someone, anyway.

If you’re not into making your own pizza, however, DiGiorno has released a new line of frozen pizzas with 50% more toppings, including one variety that is sure to excite your tastebuds — BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger!

Combining BBQ, bacon and burgers (obviously), the BBQ bacon cheeseburger pizza is piled with meat and has 16 grams of protein per serving. It will be available at grocery stores nationwide this May for between $7.99-$8.99.

The other two pizzas included in the new Stacked line are called Meat Lover’s and Piled High Pepperoni, which have 17 and 18 grams of protein per serving, respectively.

The Stacked Meat Lover’s pizza features 25% more Canadian bacon, Italian sausage, ham and bacon than DiGiorno Original Rising Crust Three Meat pizza, while the Piled High Pepperoni has 50% more pepperoni than DiGiorno Original Rising Crust Pepperoni pizza.

If you actually would like to try your hand at making your own pizza and want something similar, this Barbecue Cheeseburger pizza from Betty Crocker should do the trick! All you need is ground beef, barbecue sauce, original Bisquick mix, hot water, vegetable oil, American cheese and (going back to that pickle-on-pizza thing) dill pickles.

Or, if you prefer chicken to beef, this grilled chicken and bacon pizza from Pillsbury looks amazing. Because it uses Pillsbury refrigerated classic pizza crust, you don’t need to mix or knead the dough, so the entire pizza takes just 40 minutes to make. Aside from chicken, bacon and barbecue sauce, the pizza also includes red onion and cilantro.
