Giant cabana pool float fits 4 people and has a cooler for your drinks and snacks

Every summer it’s the same argument at my house: who gets to use the floating chair in our pool. For some reason, we only ever have one and we all want to use it at the same time.

We’ve gone through a number of pool floats over the years, from the standard rings to some of the more outrageous styles. But I have never seen anything like the giant cabana dayclub float from FunBoy and I have to say, I’m tempted to give it a try.

I’ll be the first to admit that my pool setup at home has nothing on the photo here, but there are a number of things I like about the giant cabana dayclub float. First, when they say giant, they mean it. This setup is more than 10 feet long and 8 feet wide. There’s nothing small about this float!

I’m a fair-skinned redhead, and I appreciate the mesh sunshade that covers the float. I love relaxing in the pool, but most floats either don’t have shades or they are pretty flimsy. This one looks substantial. But, if you’re someone who loves basking in the sun’s rays, then fear not! The shade is removable.

With four individual seats built into the cabana float, you and up to three of your friends or family members can enjoy the day together. Each chair has a backrest, so you can recline a little and truly get that relaxation vibe going. To truly up the day spa feel, the float has two mesh foot baths so everyone can soak their feet to help keep cool on those hot summer days.

And, maybe the best part of this float is the built-in cooler. It sits right in the center to allow easy access for everyone. Just fill the cooler with ice, your favorite drinks and snacks and you’ll never want to get out of the water. There are also four cup holders for those cold drinks.

The giant cabana dayclub float will cost you $369, and you can order it directly from FunBoy. It’s temporarily sold out, but you can sign up for a notification when it becomes available again.

Right now, the company is pledging to donate a portion of each cabana purchase to Feeding America, a nonprofit organization that helps gets food to underserved populations around the country.
