Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell kissed while getting dual stars on Hollywood’s Walk of Fame
Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell were both recently awarded stars on the Hollywood Walk of Fame. They held a joint ceremony to celebrate and commemorate the moment, which couldn’t have been more appropriate for the longtime couple.
Hawn and Russell have each acted in countless films individually, and most famously together in “Overboard.” They both also had roles in “Swing Shift” and “The One and Only, Genuine, Original Family Band.”
The two have been together since 1983, and they had a child, Wyatt, together in 1986. They both have children from previous marriages, who were in attendance at the Walk of Fame ceremony.
Kate Hudson, Hawn’s daughter from a previous marriage, reportedly joked about having to speak about her parents at this ceremony since she hadn’t ever gotten a chance to speak at a wedding for Hawn and Russell.

The two are famously unmarried even though they’ve been together for decades. Hawn also joked about the ceremony feeling like a wedding: “Can we just get married? We’ve never had a celebration like this before,” Hawn said.

Hawn went on to say:
“Thank you to my beautiful daughter and my other beautiful daughter. This means more to me as I start reflecting on things. I was a dancer and I carried my dancing shoes up here looking for an agent. I couldn’t find an agent, I found a fabulous dentist but I couldn’t find an agent. That star is part of ‘yes.’ I really went through something then because I didn’t know what it meant to be a star when people didn’t know who I was.”
When it was his turn to speak, Russell thanked his family and said, “Goldie to you, I owe my wonderful life. Simply put, Goldie, I cherish you. All of the stars in the sky or the boulevard don’t hold a candle to that. There’s no one else I’d rather be next to than Goldie Hawn.”
Cue the “awwws.” What a fitting ceremony for these two lovebirds! But are there wedding bells in the future for the famous couple? Only time will tell!
