If you were paying any kind of attention in the ’90s, then this one little word will mean a lot to you: “MMMbop.” Yep, see what I mean? That’s all it takes to be instantly reminded of boy band Hanson’s hit song from 1997.

Well, get ready to jam to your favorite Hanson songs once again because the band of brothers just announced that they’re going on a 25th Anniversary tour in 2017. According to a press release on their website, this year not only marks their 25th year as a band, but it also marks 20 years since “MMMbop” became a hit.

While you may know them best for their hit song, they were making music before that little tune even existed. They officially formed Hanson and became the brotherly trio you all know and love back in 1992.

If you jammed to their music all throughout the ’90s like I did, you also were probably adding their names to your M.A.S.H. games, hoping the future-telling game would name Zac as your husband.

Yes, he’s the youngest of the three brothers, and he also happens to be the one I had a crush on. (C’mom, that can’t have just been me.)

The tour, officially titled the “Middle of Everywhere 25th Anniversary World Tour,” will feature performances from the band’s “Middle of Nowhere” album along with some of their other greatest hits. Later this year, their greatest hits album, titled “Middle of Everywhere,” will be released to continue their 25th anniversary celebration.

The brothers will tour all over North America, Europe, Australia and South America. And yes, since you’re wondering, tickets are already available for purchase.

The band will kick off the world tour at the The Hop Jam Beer and Music Festival on May 21 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. To see a full list of tour dates and to purchase tickets, check out the band’s website. Then, get ready to dance to “MMMbop” just like you did 20 years ago. Because some things never get old.
