This Gymnast’s Knock-Out Routine Will Get You Even More Excited For The Olympics

It’s hard not to be excited for the Summer Olympics, but seeing stunning performances like this one makes the anticipation that much greater.

Nineteen-year-old gymnast Simone Biles won her fourth national title after this incredible performance, and according to NBC, she’s already an Olympic favorite.

Once you see the way this girl defies gravity, you’ll know why. She sticks every single landing, and that’s after completing, oh I don’t know, 25 twists and turns while in the air.

I’m telling you—it’s impressive.

Check out the video for yourself:

I’ll wait while you pick your jaw up.

After watching that video, I’m feeling like I need a good strength training session. But, even still, I’ll never be on her level. Really, guys. How does she do that? And at 19 years of age?

I don’t know about you, but I’m beyond excited to watch her (and every other athlete) compete in the Rio 2016 Olympics.

Seriously, can it be August already?
