Häagen-Dazs Is Launching 6 Booze-Infused Ice Cream Flavors
If you’ve ever mixed alcohol and ice cream, like in this incredible-looking wine float, you know ice cream is only made better when it’s combined with your favorite drink. If you haven’t yet mixed ice cream with alcohol, lucky for you, the geniuses at Häagen-Dazs have already done it.
And they haven’t just dreamed up one flavor — they’ve created six, all inspired by different spirits. All six new flavors come in 14-ounce pints and there is even a non-dairy option so no one will be left out of the fun.
The list of new flavors includes Irish Cream Brownie, Rum Tres Leches, Bourbon Vanilla Bean Truffle, Stout Chocolate Pretzel Crunch, Bourbon Praline Pecan and Non-Dairy Amaretto Black Cherry Almond Toffee.
You’ll also find the Irish Cream flavor available in a different form: a chocolate cookie topped with the Irish Cream-flavored ice cream and coated in dark chocolate.
These aren’t just ice cream and spirits, by the way, many of them have extra additions like brownie pieces, fudge, cake, pretzels and more. Häagen-Dazs gave me an early sample of all the flavors and I think “normal” ice cream is now ruined for me. They are all surprisingly quite boozy-tasting. It’s tough to pick a favorite, but the non-dairy amaretto black cherry almond toffee might top my list.
The Häagen-Dazs Spirits collection will be available nationwide by April, but you may find it in stores now depending on where you live. And don’t worry, they each only have 0.5% alcohol by volume, so eat up!

If you’re looking for an even boozier treat, just go back to the ice cream float idea. You could easily combine the ice creams with more alcohol, like your favorite stout with a few scoops of stout chocolate pretzel flavor or bourbon with the bourbon praline pecan. Yum!
