I’m always looking for new ways to mix up my fitness routine. According to One Medical, mixing up your sweat sessions can help you overcome a plateau, prevent overuse injuries, and keep your brain healthy.

I’m currently training for a half marathon and honestly, the running is getting a little stale. So when I found this video from The Fitness Marshall last night (and tried it in the privacy of my own home) I was pleasantly surprised to feel a new type of burn. Bonus: it was fun.
