Hilary Duff Is Pregnant With Her Second Child

Hilary Duff and boyfriend Matthew Koma have some very exciting news: The two are going to be parents! Duff is expecting her second child and she and Koma couldn’t wait to share the news with fans on Instagram.

Each posted about the news, writing sweet messages and revealing they will be having a baby girl.

“Guess what guys! @matthewkoma and I made a little princess of our own and we couldn’t be more excited,” the expectant mother captioned her post on June 9.

Koma followed suit by posting the same image with the caption:

“We made a baby girl! She will be as beautiful and sweet as her mother…  @hilaryduff another incredible chapter begins.”

The “Younger” actress and Koma, a singer-songwriter, have an on-again off-again relationship. According to E! News, the pair got together for the third time last year, and with the recent baby news, it’s safe to say all is well for the happy couple!

“I got a really nice guy,” she told E! News. “He’s so great.”

Duff’s baby girl will join 6-year-old Luca, a son has from her previous marriage to hockey player Mike Comrie.

The Beauty Of Motherhood

As a former child star on “Lizzie McGuire,” Duff has been in the limelight for most of her life. That has not been an easy transition for many young actresses but she seems to be coping well with the scrutiny. In one touching post on Instagram, Duff  praised her body for giving her the most incredible gift — her first child. She also expressed how she hopes all women can appreciate their bodies.

“My body has given me the greatest gift of my life: Luca … I’m turning 30 in September and my body is healthy and gets me where I need to go. Ladies, let’s be proud of what we’ve got and stop wasting precious time in the day wishing we were different, better, and unflawed,” she wrote.

Duff’s own baby news comes just days after she announced she’s an aunt again. Her sister Haylie Duff just gave birth to her second child, a girl named Lulu Gray.

The proud aunt admitted that this sweet girl was giving her practice for when she has her own.

She posted a photo holding little Lulu on Instagram writing, “Getting practice with Lulu.”
