Lady Antebellum’s Hillary Scott shares first photos of her twin girls

Lady Antebellum’s Hillary Scott and her husband Chris Tyrell have their hands full! Their family of three is now a family of five—and they’re raising all girls. Scott gave birth to identical twin girls on Jan. 29, and she’s just shared the first photos of the babies. These little ladies couldn’t be more adorable if they tried!

Not only did the country singer share photos of the newborns, but she also announced their names. Meet Betsy Mack and Emory JoAnn:

The first image Scott shared on Instagram shows the twins napping together, nose to nose, which, according to their mom, is how they prefer it. Meanwhile, the second photo shows the twins snuggling up to their older sister, 4-year-old Eisele.

Scott captioned the photos, “Their Daddy took this picture when they were two days old napping on Mama. Their favorite place to be, other than on me, is nose to nose and cheek to cheek. Big Sister Eisele’s heart is full of love for her sisters and she is already such an incredible little helper.”

And while this family seems overwhelmed with joy, the Lady Antebellum singer also admits that they’re just plain overwhelmed, as well. “One week in and we are definitely seeing double,” she wrote on Instagram. She continued, “Double the blessing, double the tired, double the laundry, but double the love!”

Scott’s been open about her struggles with infertility, even letting fans in on the fact that she suffered a miscarriage. “Last fall, I went through a miscarriage. This is something that is still not talked about very often,” she said in an interview with “Good Morning America.” “I also feel like there’s this pressure that you’re just supposed to be able to snap your fingers and continue to walk through life like it never happened.”

And she continued to keep her fans included throughout her pregnancy after she and her husband were able to conceive twins.

“We are having TWINS! It’s truly a miracle. Because we’ve been so open about our last pregnancy loss and journey, I want to be fully transparent with you that this happened naturally. Chris nor I have any family history of twins that we can find and are just resting in the profound gift this truly is. My heart still grieves for our loss and all who are struggling with pregnancy and infant loss and infertility. God hears every prayer and I will continue to share our story to point to the Source of all life, peace and comfort in the best and most difficult of times. Don’t lose hope,” the singer shared when officially announcing her pregnancy.

And now, little Betsy and Emory have finally arrived!

We couldn’t be happier for the newest additions to this precious family of five!

And Scott isn’t the only country superstar seeing double these days. In October, Chris Stapleton and his wife Morgane Stapleton announced they are also expecting twins.
